    Hi there,

    I have sent you several emails recently after I ordered a potty, I´ve tried to contact you through your website with no luck… I have still not received the potty.. and it has been a month now!!! This is just not good enough. And you dont even bother replying to my emails.. i´ve been polite and patient.. but now this has gone too far… Honestly people, you cant run a business like this! It is only an $18 purchase.. but still. I will keep emailing you until you do something about it. Or I will take it further. I believe in the products that you are offering, and wish to support businesses like this. But you have to learn a thing or two about how you treat your customers.

Therefore your scathing comments have been somewhat misdirected. What is the website that you have purchased from? Do they have a phone number on their website? Let me know if I can help you.     Hi Helen,

    I noticed you have an article on your blog for Jungle Mama back from 2010. Do you have any contact details for them? I have placed an order with them recently and not received it and am having trouble contacting them via their website contact form or the email address on the order. I had placed an order with them back in 2008 and had no problems, so thought they would be ok to order from again. Doing a google search on them I could not find much else apart from your blog article. I see you got another comment on here related to buying a potty and not receiving it, which I presume was also related to Jungle Mama.
